RKV Solutions LLC, buys residential houses as-is, directly from homeowners. This website is for homeowners considering a sale to us. We do not operate a consumer-lending or securities business through this site, and we do not operate a mobile app.

• Mobile phone number, if you enter one
• Property address, if you enter one
• Any message you type, and records of calls or emails you send us
• Whether you checked the optional text-message consent box

If you only browse the site, the host may log ordinary technical data such as IP address, browser type, and the page requested. We do not use that log data to send marketing texts.

Where phone numbers come from

Mobile numbers used for this texting program are collected only when you type a number into the cash-offer form on this website and submit it. We do not buy, rent, scrape, or upload third-party phone lists for texting.
